  I do not know how anyone can have a negative experience with this establishment. I do not have an account with them being as we bank online only but everytime I need to pull cash they are always friendly and knowledgeable. As a matter of fact we are starting up an account with them today. They have always gone above and beyond. I guess this would be the kind of place where if you treat them with respect they will do the same.

  This place is terrible. Went in with my mother who had an account and honestly I don't know how they have business. The younger women there don't know anything and just want to talk to each other and not pay attention to the customers or do any work. They were unprofessional and I am currently taking my mother to setup a new account so they can close the one with Sunflower. And apparently the workers are always like that from the stories I heard from my mother
