  My experience working with Kurt Eberhardt and his colleagues at Motto Mortgage Advantage Plus was a great pleasure. Kurt was recommended to me by a realtor that I ultimately did not end up working with but my initial conversations with him were great and I chose to move forward with him. I felt a sense of honesty from the moment Kurt called me. Kurt and his team were simply fantastic from start to finish, from mortgage application to underwriting to approval and closing: incredibly thorough, responsive, knowledgeable and very much organized. He was willing and ever-ready to answer all my questions and gave me his time – which is a big need for every first-time home buyer. My phone calls and emails were promptly answered.
