  Kyle was really patient and explained the pros and cons of each of the several options available, at each step. He went above and beyond in letting me know the basics, since this was my first home in several years. He even prepared me for a few common mistakes that could delay closing. A minor issue: little more details on the exact dates the funds are required from my end would have helped me figure out the best (and least expensive) way to get them ready, but looking back at the bigger picture, that may have been better than risking closing late or not closing.

  I worked with Kyle on a HELOC for my house. The first time we talked on the phone, Kyle took the time to educate me on how HELOC works, and gave me information on the rates. PNC bank’s rate is the best I see, even the notary says that. The application process was the easiest through the 6 loans I have done in the past. What surprised me most was how fast they moved. I got the HELOC conditional approval within 2 weeks while some banks had taken 45 days. Kyle has always been responsive for any questions I have. I would definitely recommend Kyle for any loan needs.
