      This is my first time home buying purchase so I talked to multiple loan consultants to compare overall then I realized Jae is the most professional and knowledgeable one. I am glad working with Jae Ro at loanDepot as I can see he worked on my case with all his efforts and even went extra miles. My case is complicated because the process got delayed by the builder (it's a new construction), but Jae helped me to work through the whole process step by step with all his patience. As it's my first time, I am not familiar with the details, I really appreciated Jae spent lots of time on me even after hours to explain and answered all my questions timely, responsively and professionally. Highly recommended!
