  My wife and I consulted Kyle the other week regarding a mortgage as first-time home buyers. I gotta say... Kyle does business RIGHT. At the end of the day, the rates he had access to weren't the best fit for my wife and I and he transparently told us this. Most folks would try to sell us something that's not actually a fit for us. Kyle honors his fiduciary responsibility and it's a breath of fresh air.

  Kyle Stach did a great job walking me through and completing my challenging re-finance. He was knowledgeable and patient with me as I needed to get an extension on my lock due to my remodel needing to be completed by the appraisal. He worked with all parties involved with my tight timeline, getting it completed for me in the eleventh hour. Will definitely use Kyle for any future mortgage needs.
