  I spent a good two hours here today as I’m unfamiliar with the process and encountered many difficulties. Long (long) story Short the Women was unable to help me(But*...) after I held my phone in the air for two hours for a data signal, trying to produce my payroll and bank statement. everything is paperless yet i had the original mailed documents with ABA and Account numbers. She was willing to let me email the online statements to her. 👍 No one else would do that. I had everything plus more but, I don’t use a mainstream bank. I use my payroll direct deposit account and two other E-Checking accounts. One is an investment checking account I highly recommend -Check out... ( “stash” use my code ( /darrell_0hb “ site name and the dot com/code and you get 20$) ) shameless Plug. The other account is a normal checking account with checks books 5$ and is a FIACA. It’s a high yielding interest account with no Fees (just checks but who uses those?). Simply, Perks most E-banks offer. Soon all banks will be 90% online as it makes for a better business model $$. I forgot to thank her and despite my troubles (Here’s the But*) she was amazing and a pleasure to deal with. She was patient, informative, polite and courteous from start to finish. I could tell she wanted to help me and accept my credentials as everything was legit and and I had more than what I needed(I did not have what I needed) It’s only my fault I don’t bare a typical checking account. I’ve written maybe two checks before. All three of my accounts have routing and account numbers though. I do! recommend this establishment. I wish I knew her name. She did a great job and was truly nice and helpful. I want to order some checks now so I maybe able to go back and use their/her(she may have been the owner) services. Thank you 🙏
