I found this company on Craigslist and when I called and inquired about the place the property manager Chris came across very professional. That was temporary because when I made the appointment to come and see the place he wouldn’t answer his phone and I had to go chasing him around just to view the place. I told him that I was surprised to find a spot in that area for that price and he said they believe in making the apartments affordable. Then he contradicted himself by saying that my co-signer had to have a 700+ credit score and I was like how can u say that u believe in working with people and giving them a second chance if u are this strict about a co-signer credit score? I am glad that I got on here and seen the horrible review the company had been given so I didn’t waste my $ on a credit check! I even let him know that I was working with an agency that would give them the security deposit and 2 months of rent and that still wasn’t enough! Don’t waste your time money and energy please!

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE LYING SCUMBAGS WHO ARE NO HELP AND WILL HANG UP ON YOU IF YOU TRY TO ASK THEM QUESTIONS. 0 STARS. STAY AWAY. I had an apartment and was ready to move in and gave all the information then 4 days before Chris, the property manager, calls me and says my cosigners credit was under 650. But when we checked it ourselves it was 791. Then he tried saying that he didn't know I was 19 when before we had even began the application process I had told him I was 19 and also gave him a copy of my ID so this was an unprofessional excuse. Then he hung up on me when I was asking what else I can do and he said nothing. DISRESPECTFUL HORRIBLE PEOPLE. BE WARNED.
