      LFCU goes the extra mile to achieve the highest level of customer service. Having been a member for over 20 years, I'm always impressed when we need to access their services in person - it's a cut above. For example, we recently required notary and other services and Carlo at the Tower Oakes branch took excellent care of us. He was patient, helpful, and managed all of our requests with good humor. A real treat. We'll be staying with LFCU for the long haul!

      Bank with this organization at your own risk. I have banked with them now for about 4 years and have had far fewer positive experiences than negative. The customer service is the worst out of any bank that I have ever interacted with. The systems are constantly down so keeping sufficient track of your finances utilizing their app is a wasted effort. Truly the most dismal banking experience that I have ever had. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to my worst enemy.

      I spoke with two different employees at Lafayette Credit Union. When I called in the lady that answered the phone in member services was very helpful. Matthew, a manager (?) actually called me back and was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend Lafayette Credit Union.
