      This review is primarily being left due to lack of communication methods. Never sent our joint account card. Sent me a promo for a credit card, hits me for my credit, then no feedback is left at all. Very archaic methods, granted they are a smaller bank.

      declined my online check deposit 3 separate times in an hours time for “poor image quality” when i had the check in full view all 3 times . i went as far as to shine a flashlight on it but they still declined it because…? couldn't tell you why .
