      I would recommend individuals looking for loans to look elsewhere. When I had to get a loan on a second home they made me go through a thousand hoops, even though they were getting a 40% down payment, and then sold my account to Wells Fargo before the ink dried. Now I tried to apply for a HELOC on a fully paid off home and we told that because my debt/income ratio was off by 3% it was too much. Will be looking elsewhere from this point forth.
