I wouldn't recommend this group to any friends or family. Their broker went back and forth on how much down payment we needed to lock in favorable rate, this caused us to change our budget drastically multiple times during our home search. Then, on the day of closing I discovered they made an error in our documents. When confronted with this error they had the nerve to claim that we never disclosed the correct answer to them, which we had properly disclosed at least 3 times. Their carelessness almost cost us our deal going through. Communication was really hit and miss as well. Save yourself some sanity and use another brokerage.

To my knowledge you did receive rate lock at 2.99% on a 10/1 ARM well below market rate. I know rate is not everything, and I can tell you we worked very hard to keep these rate locks valid given the market environment.
