I'd give zero stars. Worst buying experience ever. I contacted the dealership on a 2015 Mega Cab I seen advertise on their website. I asked Joe Hinojoza for PO and/or structured deal so that I could take that to my Credit Union and get them a Cashiers Check... after making me wait 3 days and giving me the run around, the vehicle was marked up over $2500. Anyone looking for transparency, straight shooter deal, and honest ethical dealings... please take your business elsewhere. STAY AWAY FROM LAKE ELSINORE CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM
