      Went in today to get a loan. Cody was super helpful. He explained everything throughly, and the process was a lot easier than I thought it would be. He called the day before to make sure that I had all the paperwork I needed. And even had crayons for my daughter to use. Top notch customer service.

      The drive thru is an absolute joke. On multiple occasions, it has taken over 15 minutes to attend to one person. The lines will be back up around the parking lot and multiple cars will start honking. They have one poor staff running the entire drive-thru! Not cool.
