  Time's change! Still better than the big banks, but less of the community credit union feel. 1) Clunky website with ad banners larger than the section you that access your funds. 2) Steadily increasing fees, including predatory lending techniques such as paying a fee to skip a payment & playing a fee to access a paycheck deposit early! 3) Fraud help is now thru a 3rd party that most often transfers you overseas. 4) Less knowledge from non-manager employees that inevitably give you a "thats just how we do it" response when they're unsure. 5) Feels more like a big bank now: e.g. less motivated to help customers with unique issues, unlikely to help with excessive fees even while admitting they don't make sense in practice, and being treated more like your account number than a person. Note: I understand some of this is an attempt to match other institutions, increasing operating costs, effects of inflation, & a desire to increase profits for their larger clients (yes a credit union is meant to profit only for it's customers, but larger customers drive demand). For reference I've been a customer since a student in the early 2000's, and some of what I'm describing is a mix of personal experience plus close friends/family experiences.

  I have been here since 2019 and have had the best experience with them as a financial institution! They are very accommodating and try to work with you on whatever you are looking for. Also the customer service there has always been really amazing! They have even sent me a little gift card before to show appreciation to their members! Love it there!
