Less than one star to Lori on the teller line. What a lame excuse for customer service, you should work in a factory with how rude you are. ‘I didn’t deposit your money because other customers came in’ .. and then hangs up on me… this was an HOUR after She spoke to me while trying to deposit my money through the drive thru and said okay to emailing my receipt. The Florida branches don’t compare to Michigan- this one tops it’s in becoming the next generic BANK.

I am not a fan of banks. I like local banks better than national banks. LMCU took over my small bank a couple years back. It's been very good. Now they are my favorite bank. I went in to deposit money and I had to wait a little. The bank teller apologized and gave me $25. They have a quota of money to give out to customers. Customer appreciation. I think that is a great program. The lady said take you kids for ice cream or something. That is exactly what we did. I'm a customer for life. #reviewsbyelijah
