  We switched over to LMCU for their Finish Line Mortgage that offers a low rate, no closing costs, and for us - didn't extend the years left on our mortgage. We worked with Jody who was efficient, helpful, quick to respond and got our loan closed much more quickly than anticipated. The switch from our previous servicer was simple. I love the small town feel of the bank and that it doesn't have the standard bank teller lines that most banks have. I am pleased to be a LMCU member.

  MISERABLE EXPERIENCE from start to finish! In all of our combined dealings with banks, credit unions, online banking sites, etc. this was absolutely the worst ever! I am only thankful that I never recommended them to anyone. From them not returning calls and not keeping appointments- made in advance -they disappointed on every level and then the icing in the cake was when I couldn’t get them on the phone, I emailed them to Withdraw my Application they reported to Experian they turned us down! In 2 WEEKS we CLOSED on a loan with a better rate and had NO CLOSING COSTS! Our country is in terrible shape with companies like this answer to no one! Our credit reporting agencies are not much help either but when you have a great credit score and they turn in crazy things to them over and over it’s a bad reflection on them not you! BEWARE!!!

  The mortgage department is the WORST! I tried to refinance and NO ONE returned my calls/emails. I went with another company who has been trying to get a payoff for 2 weeks and NO ONE will get them this information. I have tried THREE times and I cannot get the information as well. Beyond unprofessional!
