  We worked with Charlie Millard to purchase our first home and we would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking into buying a home! He was such a good resource to have, very attentive, responsive and willing to bend over backwards to make sure everything got done on time without giving any false hope, very upfront.   I was very hopeful when I first reached out to LMCU/Charlie, and wanted to use LMCU for our home loan because of their great reputation and awesome customer service. However, my experience working with then has been frustrating and disappointing. It has been over a month since I last heard from them regarding our pre-approval, and have had no updates since. I reached out to share my frustrations, and still got no response. I understand that we are in a pandemic, and things may take more time to process, but I find this unacceptable. I truly hope this is not the service every borrower gets from LMCU.

  LMCU truly went above and beyond when it came to getting a mortgage through them. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage. More specifically Charlie Millard, who helped me through the whole process and made the home buying experience that much easier.
