      My first experience with Churchhill was with my last mortgage. They went above and beyond from pre-approval to closing. Kyle and his team were honest, timely, and were available even after hours to make it happen. Closing was completed on time and just as important there were no surprises in the end. Highly recommend Churchhill and specifically the Okemos location. They are also experts with VA loan processing so if you are having troubles they can help you through it. They even worked to help sellers understand that the loans are not negative to the buying process. That being said I used the VA loan option and there were no issues or delays. Closed approximately 20 days after having an accepted offer. Again, highly recommend Churchill and Kyle Leemon.
