  I pulled up to the drive-thru with a broken chip on my card. I DID NOT send anything to them just asked if they can fix it. The speaker on and I heard the teller ask if she can see 1 more person before closing. The teller responded, "its Sarah. " She said, "so we'll help her." It shocked me because I don't go there often at all just to use the atm once a month. Checks of mine are deposited. The teller said she knew my face How did the other worker know? They're busy all day. I was flattered and shocked. Because what kind of a BANK KNOWS YOU BY YOUR FIRST NAME WHEN YOURE NEVER THERE?! AND they agreed to stay open to give me a new card 2 minutes before closing time. These women are saints. They treat you like family and really get to know you!

  Worst bank Ive ever dealt with. Heard nothing but bad things about them but gave them a try because of location convenience. I should’ve listened. Horrible customer service wasted hours of my time. Seem very unorganized and very poorly managed. Steer clear from the headache!
