      Susan and Handin are very customer-oriented. They have gone above and beyond every time we come into the back with a request. They are super friendly, which not banks are and are people oriented. I can't thank them enough for helping us with my mother in law passed away. My entire family is switching over to the Bloomingdale branch.

      Worst bank around. My account has been hacked so many times this bank does nothing as long as they are pending transactions. I have to wait until the transaction is complete then they investigate then refund your money. Chase Bank can tell my card was not present for the transaction and immediately refunds your money 24 hours a day. Lakeland Bank only is available during business hours. They could care less about their customers!
