      Tom and his family of agents are very personable. They have gone 100 percent and the extra mile to make sure things are right! Tom has been dad’s agent for home and auto for years. Dad passed away recently. And I live 1400 miles away. I’ve had to renew both policies while we are waiting for the estate to settle. The entire staff has been involved with every question I’ve had and followed up with me to make sure things were right. Very comforting during this stressful time. If you are in their coverage area of Ohio, call them.

      Bad attitude, won't cooperate, refused to cancel policy, after asking around, neighbors suggested another insurance company where i received much appreciated friendly service. After not canceling the policy and reporting it to a collection agency for unpaid premium, I gave them a call to see if the collection notice was legitimate as I believed it was canceled months ago and they never returned my call. After calling back the next week Tom started arguing with me which only ended up in a yelling match. Can't even believe the poor service. Shop around, thats all I have to say now.
