      just had some fraud on my husbands card and was working with Krissy who was very compassionate and worked with me and was very helpful!! then had to call the corporate number on the back of the card and the lady I spoke with there was super sympathetic and extremely helpful! Will always recommend US BANK!!!! THANKS FOR THE AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      This bank is awful. I cant hardly stand it. I left my card in the atm and when i call to see if they had it turned in as lost. The woman says yes but because it wasnt a US card so they destroyed it....is it seriously that hard to put it in a drawer till someone came in or called? It would of took two seconds ..the most inconsiderate thing I've ever seen or heard of.
