      Great Service, Professional, and Fast - 1st Loan Refi I worked with Dave Towers, who was recommended by a real estate agent-friend (initials D T-S). Dave was easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and able to identify details that would affect the interest rate on a 1st Loan Refinance. I ultimately ended up with the rate I was looking for. I was very happy with Dave's detailed knowledge of the process, the timeline, and guidance relative to document submission. The loan approval process was quick, particularly considering that our home is in a Trust. The signing process was easy (in our home), and everything went as expected. This was one of the easier (I could say easiest) home financial transactions that I've experienced. I highly recommend using Dave Towers.
