  I’m glad that so many other people had a great experience, but that wasn’t the case with us. We understood that we had a more unique, complex situation than most others but we were assured everything would be just fine and in the end, it ended up fine & we are homeowners, but the road to get there wasn’t as smooth as it was made out to be. Our closing date was changed, which is to be expected with situations like this but the unexpected closing issues left us never wanting to buy a home again! We thought the closing would be such a huge moment in our lives, a happy time because we were becoming first time homeowners, but it was probably one of the worst days, there was no joy & excitement for such a great day in our lives. We were told what to expect and also what to bring to closing, we actually had text messages from Ryan Boody stating what was needed but he left out the fact that we needed over $1,000! He stated in a message that we would actually be owed money at closing so we were shocked to sit down & learn we actually needed money. Our realtor called Ryan & we could hear the whole conversation & we didn’t appreciate the snarky comment he made when he stated he will never understand why someone would go to the closing table with no money, well Mr.Boody, you told us to only bring ourselves & our id’s and expect to walk away with a check, so that’s why people go to the closing table with no money because their loan officer tells them not to! In the end, we did pay less than what was stated at first but we still had to go out of our way to get a cashiers check & hold up our closing even longer. I am very thankful that we didn’t have to deal with Mr.Boody in person because the day was stressful enough without his condescending remarks needed! We would personally never use Land Home again, we should’ve never trusted our realtor when he told us to use Land Home so if I had to do it again, I definitely wouldn’t do it with Ryan Boody, Land Home, or any realtor that recommended Land Home. This is just our personal experience & I felt that we needed to share and I sincerely hope that no one goes to a closing & leaves feeling nothing but stress & regret. What should’ve been a happy day left me upset & in tears & I wouldn’t wish that on anyone.

  Mr. Ryan Boody was very professional and diligent in his work. He is a great person and am blessed for his help during this process. I would definitely refer him to anyone looking for a loan lender and hope to have him for future transactions.
