  Errall made sure to do the right thing but at the same time he went above and beyond by following up on time over text or call and I never felt alone through out the process of getting approval, application and providing the right information to expedite the process of approval. His communication skill is surpasses my expectation as I dealt with other loan officer who would hardly communicate. With the help of Errall I was able to get approve not only on time but closed on time as well but the biggest help Errall did was to help me get the best interest rate which was 4.75% where the interest rate was floating around 6% when I was applying. Not only I was able to save money on the closing cost but for longer run as well which is truly amazing. I thank God first to get to know Errall and thank to my realtor Ahamd Hassan, who helped me met Errall and Land Home Financial Services. Errall, you are truly an asset and Land Home Financial Service should be proud for having such a great employee who not only look after there company but make sure the customer's are taken care of first! thank you Errall and Land Home Financial Service for helping me making my dream home come to a reality and helped my family with a roof over there head!

  They stole money from me systematically. AVOID!!! They have a online payment system that has bugs that will charge you late check fees if you set up auto payments with them. When I contacted customer service they admitted to me that everything was set up right and that they did not know why it was doing that. Follow up emails and phone calls resulted in vague responses with no real answers to why they are still doing it. They refused to remove late check fees. I'm refinancing to another company a soon as i can.
