My mother-in-law had an account with these people for years. After my father-in-law passed away and my mother-in-law moved to another state, the bank manager was awful and very uncooperative. For years we battled her to get the account closed and she was very uncooperative and would not mail it to the correct address. I would never bank with a small town credit union. The people are very small minded and play games. It is time that Decatur Illinois grow up and get some real banks and credit unions.

Always friendly service and knowledgable about financial products available at the LLCU. Change can be processed at the Mt. Zion & Oakland St. Branches where coin machines are available in the foyers.
