      What's the point of having two open drive through lanes open when only one person works. Just open one lane if only one person can work. Nothing like wasting time and gas and money waiting just to get money.

      They treated me like a criminal for trying to cash a check that I wrote from my primary bank. They refused to cash it. I have been a customer for 7 years and never had this happen. I called customer service and they had the manager reach out to me. She brought me to tears. No matter what I said, she would laugh, huff, groan, and yell back. I asked her to please treat me like a human and she would huff again. It was so bad I wish I could have recorded the call. I am awaiting a call back from the regional.
