      Always seem to have an issue here. I live right down the street but always have to go to a different landmark or handle everything online or over the phone. Plenty of people there not helping customers yet always "no one available to assist you". Have also had issues depositing/withdrawing cash with in person tellers not giving or depositing the correct amount.

      Messed up multiple attempts at a wire transfer... A WIRE TRANSFER. Banks have been doing these for how long? And apparently they can't train their staff on how to do anything... She wrote in the wrong information and would never call us back to give us confirmation or anything. Cost us a transaction and money on our part let alone the 5 HOURS WE SPENT TRYING TO HELP THEM DO THEIR JOB! Go to UW Credit union. 100 times better service and people.
