The associates at the 6th street location are always so rude when I call for anything and never know the answer to the question. The hours for all locations are terrible. Lobby open 8:30 to 4:00. Really? What kind of customer service is that?

Every time I go to Landmark the staff is so friendly and helpful! Sarah Grady is amazing! And Angie Flohrschutz is always willing to answer any questions you have about loans. I have sent many people to the 6th and Wanamaker location that I currently use, and everyone always comes back with something good to say! I recommend them to everyone!
