Extremely hard to get in contact with if you are ever locked out of your account past password reset. It took over an hour to reach an actual person to address the issue which not mentioned on the automated menu.

Low interest rate is about the only good thing about dealing with them. I have autopay turned on yet every month i have to call and make a payment. Trying to do that is like pulling teeth. Horrible app, horrible customer service, good luck paying your bill on time.
