      I have personally financed two cars and I just financed my third one in November of this year. Elsa has been my loan officer through each one as well as personal loans. She has always made me feel important as if I was her only customer and not just an applicant through each transaction. I love the personal touch that she demonstrates during the process. Elsa has never made me feel like just another applicant. I’m big on customer service and I haven’t a bad experience during my 14 years as a member of Las Colinas. I don’t have any intentions on leaving due to the excellent customer service that has been provided to me over the years. I will be recommending you all to my friends and family. Kathy Dorhan

      Elsa is the greatest!! She has helped us on several loans and is always so good to work with!! She goes above & beyond even working late on a Saturday to get a loan finished up. Recently she helped us with a company truck issue we were having!! She’s sooo awesome & treats you like family!!

      I really wish I could give them negative stars. I was charged an unreasonable fee to cash a check. Why do they charge members a fee to cash a check???
