  As a retired Realtor, I know a lot of people in the profession. I chose to reach out to Mark many years after meeting him because he is not only a Realtor, but a lawyer / real estate attorney, who I thought might be just the person to assist my family. He expertly handled the documentation for our home sale. We already had our buyer; we needed advice, title information and documents. Mark worked well with our family estate attorney, and even when the first buyer fell through, Mark came through for us redoing all the documents for the terms of the new deal. He is prompt, capable, friendly, knowledgeable and always returns calls or made time to answer mine. Thanks, Mark, you made our transaction much easier during a tough family time.
