  BEWARE!! ATM USERS!! I just found out that the Atm's are now maintained by another company and not LCNB. We just used the ATM in Goshen and received no cash and no receipt. We pulled around to the drive thru as the front is appt only now. We told the teller what happened. The teller said that it shows $300 was taken out of our acct and ask if we wanted to file a dispute. In the mean time, multiple cars are going thru that atm, most with senior citizens. I suggested that an out of order sign be put out there. I was told it isn't their atm and they aren't allowed to touch it. Really! We filed the dispute, fine print says 5 business days for a temporary credit! 45 to 90 days for the complete investigation. I stated that maybe it was time to change banks. Tellers response was, do you want me to help you with that today. Really! We saw the bank manager pass thru the lobby and she did nothing to help calm a distressed customer. What if that $300 was all a person had to feed their kids or pay rent for that week, lived check to check. How many people didn't think to pull around to the drive thru to check their acct and will find out later in the weekend that they have no money. LCNB customers should have been notified in Sept 2020 when the ATM business was out sourced. This customer would not have used them. LCNB had no trouble working with that out sourced company in taking the $ out of my acct, but getting it back is a problem. BEWARE!
