  The staff are professional, respectful, and the best part they are welcoming. The staff treat you like they would want to be treated when going to a bank. The drive-thru is efficiently ran and there's hardly ever a wait time longer than 5 minutes. It took alittle over 15 minutes to start a new bank account, where as other banks I've spent at least half an hour trying to get one set up. The LCNB app is easy to set up and use. If you text, email, or call customer service, they will resolve your problems or questions quickly. Nice job the employees at LCNB

  Branch managers Sabrina and Jean were absolutely rude. When I first spoke with Sabrina she answered the phone all annoyed and acted like she didn’t want to answer my questions. She awkwardly than transferred me to Jean who than also was rude. People like this just shouldn’t be in these positions. Unprofessional and makes me want to take my business else where. I give you my money not the other way around.
