  Overall my experiences with LCSB have been good, however, when they shut their website and mobile banking app down at the same time this weekend for maintenance, allegedly, I haven't been able to check my balances and reliably pay any bills. They shouldn't shut down all systems at one time. I just hope I don't get late charges or insufficient funds fees from my creditors OR the bank.

  WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! 0 STARS IF I COULD!! I CANT EVEN GET MY OWN MONEY. TELLER WAS VERY RUDE LAUGHING IN MY FACE. If you tell them your closing your account due to problems they won’t let you get your money out !!! I will never come here again worst bank in HOBBS NM!!!! IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A GOOD BANK GO TO WELLS FARGO BANK!!!! Go open your account there…. Worst teller I’ve ever dealt with (MONIQUE) she is very unprofessional. THE BANK NEEDS MORE PROFESSIONAL TELLERS !!! WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN…. WARNING TAKE YOUR BUSINESS AND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! WELLS FARGO ALL THE WAY BEST BANK IN HOBBS NM!!!!!

  If you’re looking for a great banking experience go to Lea County State Bank. Their personal customer service, technology, and superior products place them far ahead of all the competition. I would put them up against any bank anywhere. They are much better than banks in larger cities. For personal and business accounts, bank with Lea County State Bank. You’ll be glad you did!
