      Very low quality bank. Head teller is incompetent and blames the customer for his mistakes, loudly and in public. The branch manager is supercilious, apparently she thinks she's doing you favor by doing her job. Neither is trained in customer service, and both talk down to you. No other customers when I go there, ever, wonder why. The regular tellers are fine as is the personal banker. They should find a better bank. I did.
