      Professional, Honest, and Enthusiastic. They offer the lowest rate that I can find for my situation. My appraisal came back lower than the purchase price but the sellers did not agree to lower the price. In order to buy the house, I had to put more money down which I am not able to. Liu Han worked with my agent and found out the house should be able to appraise higher if different comparisons are selected. She worked hard with the appraisal company, provided information showing why a different property should be used instead of an existing low-price one, and was able to convince the appraisal company to re-review the appraisal report and made the adjustment. Big thanks to Liu for the great work!

      It been a hassle and troublesome doing business with the guy called Martin, he asked me take photo of my bank transactions of the month for so many times, each times he came up with different reason of why it wasn't accepted, only to know that they want to keep the process for as long so they can legally raise your interest rates because of the FEDs was raising rates in July. Anyone who looking for for a home loan, please look somewhere else.
