      No wait time when I walked in around 2 pm on a Thursday. Staff is friendly and helpful at her best knowledge. I got what I needed in less than 15 mins.

      We opened a trust account ( or thought we did on April 18th with all paperwork submitted by April 19th.) As of today we have not had a confirmation. I dropped by the store yesterday and was told I would get a call. Still no call and no confirmation. This is not what I expect. I liked it better when Bank of America used to ask, "How can I exceed your expectations?"

      The manager named Fernanda Assurian is very rude and has no customer service skills. She’s very obnoxious and she thinks she knows everything. She used to be the manager at the Bank of America in Old Town Gaithersburg and she used to be the manager at the Bank of America on Quince Orchard Rd. At both locations, I noticed how she treats the customers and staff with very little respect. She needs to take courses on customer service and human relations. She is very full of herself and a very conceited person.
