      Andy was excellent to work with! We did the entire transaction long distance and there were no problems. If I had a question, no matter how silly (and there were a few silly ones) he answered it quickly and concisely. He did everything he could to make this a smooth transaction. Fantastic!

      In 12 Years of dealing with financial institutions. I have NEVER encountered such a deceitful Person as I did with Jay Johnson ( NMLS#203324) with Leader One Financial. When asked how things were progressing on a home purchase that his client had with mine, He would never give a truthful answer. The closing had to be rescheduled THREE times due to Leader Ones incompetence's and cost the buyer more money than it should have. Jay Johnson even went as far as saying that all the final docs were " On the way now" to the title company several times over a three week span when they were not even being looked at. The title company did not get the corrected docs until after 6 P.m. on the third attempt to close. The title closer actually had to stay until after 10 p.m. to get this done when it was scheduled to be done at 9 A.M. that morning. Do not waste your time on this lender and if you are selling your home, I would NOT accept an offer from a client using this company.
