  I worked with Tim Dial at American Nationwide Mortgage. Where do I even begin to express my sincere appreciation for the amazing work Tim did from start to finish. If you are looking for a mortgage lender that is ethical, honest, trustworthy, and communicates effectively this is your guy. I will work with Tim for every mortgage loan I will need in the future and would recommend him to anyone.

  I used American Nationwide Mortgage from a friend referring me to them. They were very helpful and professional. It was my first home purchase and they made me feel confident with my decision. Tim was my advisor. He was very patient with me during the whole process. At the end, he told me there would be an automatic review of my mortgage every year. I was definitely skeptical about that statement. It was very close to a year after my mortgage that he contacted me with a better deal. It’s been about two months. He has lowered my monthly payment due to a lower interest rate and no more PMI on the loan. He explained that PMI can be dropped after a certain percentage of the house is paid. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone I know. Timothy Dial was my loan guy. Thank you Tim!

  I have done business with Tim Dial, the manager of this location, on 2 separate mortgage transactions. Both Tim’s he was clear in his directions, answered my questions in a timely manner, and just basically great to work with!!! I will absolutely do business with him and nationwide mortgage again!
