      Leesa and her team are very easy to work with. I am a real estate broker and I recommended her to my son and she did a great job! Especially if you are in need of a 203k or rehab loan you can't go wrong. Leesa is the best!

      This team is the dream team! I went through the entire loan process completely stress free. Erin was on top of it with making sure my documents were sent to me quickly, and response time from everyone in the office was on point. I was never left waiting to find out what was going on. I was always informed and always updated even if it was after 5pm. I can't recommend this team enough. Erin, Jennifer, Leesa, all were so personable and easy to talk to, and made me feel so comfortable and at ease in getting things done. I tend to stress about everything, and this was the one thing I didn't stress about because I knew they had it handled. I asked millions of questions, and they were always answered with detail and made everything very clear so I knew exactly what to expect. First time home buyers, refinancers, anyone...this team will get it taken care of. Also, their mobile service for closing was a HUGE plus! Not having to travel to Dallas to get all my closing documents signed, and being able to do it in the comfort of my own home, was not only convenient, but the service itself was so professional and once again, made the process that much better. I could go on and on, but the easiest way to explain it, would be just for you to experience it. Way to go Sandoval Team!
