  I recently worked with Cosmo for my mortgage refinance. I am very thankful for Cosmo's professional, responsive, patient and honest assistance with the whole mortgage process from beginning to end. He made himself available to me via any method of my choice - email, cell phone and wechat which I appreciated. The whole refinancing process only took three weeks and he explained everything very clearly and detaily. I will definitely refer my friends and families to do the mortgage service with him in the future.
