Have been with this Bank since before they became Legacy. Started with 1st National Bank in Clinton, Missouri for over 40 years--was a piece of cake to transfer things! Same employees of 1st National Bank! They are great!! Plan on staying here for same amt. of time (dont think thats possible with our age though!) Thanks for keeping the same ones on to help us as we have had once we moved to Springfield!!

Customer service here is FANTASTIC! My husband and I are always greeted with a friendly face and some of the tellers even know us by name when we walk in the door or go through the drive through, making us feel like family. We recently had a problem with fraudulent activity on our account and it was all solved in one day, and we were blessed to be able to get every penny back that we lost. We have has such a great experience with this bank and would recommend it to anyone!
