I went to this branch one time a few years ago because I presumed I could do a shared branch transaction there But inexplicably they said I could not So I stopped by a 3rd party cu in the area and they too would not allow them so I had to drive to trussville where I knew they would Makes little sense that they are allowed at some branches and not others (Trussville for example always does them)

Hi Will. We're sorry we weren't able to meet your needs a few years ago. We try to provide excellent and speedy service to our members, and in some cases that means limiting certain services. Unfortunately, our Huffman location isn't able to handle service center transactions due to the large volume of member transactions they do daily. I hate that these banks are closed on Saturday they act like people dont need large sums of money on the most busiest day of the week. This always irritates me, So its time to find another bank, its already sad i cant use my atm card in stores...
