      My home should be done by April, so far the process was great. Caren, the sales agent, was so helpful. You can custom change anything you want up until you confirm and lock your options, after that they wont let you change anything. I don't blame them for that because you can have as many meetings as you want before locking your options. building process so far going according to schedule and everything seems good. Hopefully my review will remain 5 stars after I move in.

      Moved into my home in Jan. of 2021, The people that were with me and me asked questions. Had some concerns. I have now been in this home over a year, water in the basement, I am a single home owner and have spent lots of money so far fixing things from carpet, dishwasher, windows, driveway, electrical, furnace and humidifier. Stupid me I am a realtor and trusted the agent. I liked the floor plan and that is why I went along. Open living room and kitchen dining area appealed. I know understand why the first buyers walked away. Shame on the agent. When I get ready to sell this home all cracks in basement walls which I was not allowed to see. I know the owner of Legacy Homes. I tried to get a copy of the whole hose inspection from agent from first buyer but she would not let me have it or even see it. I have tried to reach the builder that I know for a copy of plans and specs. No response no returned calls. Steve shame on you. About ready to start the work in the basement but starting with exterior North side where all stains were on the floor in the basement first. Large task for someone 73 yrs. old. Still ethics are the name of our business. Shame on you that was not very honest.

      You make the call - For a brand new home, AC did not work, window was not sealed properly and there is water damage, dishwasher was not installed properly and the electrical outlet for the range was incorrectly installed (not sure how it passed inspection), service technician for the appliance had make the change on the range for it to work. Technically the house is still under the 1-year warranty but they don't seem to be in a rush to address the issues.
