      Awful to do business with and extremely unprofessional. Will not pay and comes up with excuses everytime you talk with him. He should not have this type of business and he has been reported to the Better Business Bureau.

      This is the absolute WORST signing company I've ever encountered. I performed a Loan Signing service for this company back in May and have yet to receive payment for my services. Aside from that, the caustic owner Ray Raynor is unorganized and unresponsive. I had to email Mr. Raynor over 10 times and call him over 15 times from May - October to receive payment for my services. For any notaries, customers, or loan signing agents, please stray away from this company, as they are unprofessional and a disorganized mess.
