Brent Honshell and his team at Palmetto Mortgage are great! They are very communicative during the home buying process. Their app makes it super easy to go through the loan application process and track what stage your loan is in while it is being processed. During my purchase we ran into some potential delays because our builders were behind in sending paperwork, but Brent and his team worked extra hard to make sure the delays were minimal.
