      I have no complaints. Was able to finance my fiancee' engagement ring through them almost 2 years ago. Had no issues with payments and if I needed extra time I was able to reach out and speak to someone. Paid off one loan and now looking to try for another one to get a different ring for our wedding in September. From my experience if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you Lendfirm and Gage....

      Unfortunately I wouldn't give these people a dime. They actually bypass any fraudulent activity on your account and cancel orders due to that. Horrible customer experience and the management talks to customers horribly. I've never been treated in such a demeaning way. I will actually filing a claim against them with the BBB. They handle things in a shady way. You can never speak to a manager. I think it's like one guy in the office pretending to be multiple people.
