  I wish I could give this company 0 stars. The first time I tried to contact them was in June, through email, which did not go through. The loan agreement says that is a place of contact if there are any issues. I tried calling every number listed in my loan agreement, and one of them took me to a voicemail type recording that just disconnected and didn’t let me leave a message, and the other seemed like just a cell phone voicemail with only the phone number listed, no name or company of whose voicemail it was. I left a message there, and never heard back. I finally got in touch with someone, who said they weren’t lending dollars, they just handled their payments. I tried to cancel my automatic payments, and wanted to either call it in each time or send it in like every other loan place I’ve ever dealt with does. They said they can’t cancel it, and if you do they would just garnish your wages. Fast forward to now, September 8. I have been trying to get in contact with them since Friday September 4th, when they pulled a total of 3 payments out of my account instead of just one. I finally got in touch with someone on Friday, and they told me I was behind so they pulled everything at once. I hadn’t gotten any notice that I was behind at all, so I told them I didn’t authorize them to take that much money at once. The man I talked to said he was going to talk to the correct department and get back to me. I didn’t hear anything back. Today, another payment has been attempted to be pulled from my account. So after all these payments are pulled, then I finally get a text from someone saying I’m behind and need to call to discuss payment. I sent a certified letter on 9/4/20, that was delivered today, stating I no longer authorize them to pull money from my account because I do not trust them. They claim I am now refusing to pay, even though I still have no problem paying what I owe, I just don’t want them to pull anything out of my account automatically anymore. I have also asked to be told why extra money was taken out when I was never properly notified that I was even behind, and instead of answering that and my fee other questions, the apparent owner just decided to argue with me over text and then say he will file to garnish my wages. This company is horrible at communication and has horrible customer service.

  I believe this place is a scam I reported them to BBB and also made a fraud alert as they have all my info so I will be watching my bank account online I noticed on the loan document they tell you to call a number that is listed for south Carolina I called the number and a lady answered and said she was not lending dollars and had no idea what I was talking about they leave an email [email protected] which is not an email I have tried emailing them and it gets sent back to me saying email address not found I called the number for the lending dollars website a guy answers and it's a mobile at&t phone watch out for this company do not give personal info
