      Working with Cole at Level 4 Funding has been a great experience. Loan was funded well in advance of closing and Cole has been very helpful and pleasant during the entire process. I would highly recommend this lender and to work with Cole. If you need funds for a fix and flip he is your guy!

      I would not deal with this company. They string you along with false promises and hot air. I signed my final documents and sent them to the owners (Dennis Love) which is alias his real name is Dennis Dahlberg which is an vacation home per his request. Then when I followed up it turned out he never went there. Didn't have the curtesy to let me know. I have two small children under 3 and one with special needs. If they aren't going to make the loan that they committed to on paper have the decency to tell people so they may consider other options. I've been following up with him for 2 weeks and not had a single returned phone call. Many promises of returned calls and status updates but never received a single one. Very poor professionalism and customer service. After letting him know I was going to give him a bad review he let me know he wasn't doing the loan after 30 days or wasting my time and money. I was told he hurt his knee and he can no longer assist with the financing. I had to incur additional costs due to the financing falling through. Its been a nightmare. Dealing with ( Dennis Love) fake name real name is Dennis Dahlberg was the worst experience I have ever had in 21 years of borrowing.

      I seriously had a very unprofessional experience with Cole K. We were approved for a fix and flip loan and then told that the investor changed their mind last minute. Cole has serious anger issues and should not be allowed to deal with the public at all! We got funding elsewhere without being bullied.
